ORDINANCE NO. 2007-2-7244
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL FOR LAND
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOFTWARE TO LINK WITH THE GEOGRAPHIC
INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND AUTAORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
n CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the proposal of CRW Systems,
Inc., in the amount of $190,500.00 for installation of an automated permit management, project
tracking, code enforcement, and/or business license tracking software and related subsystems,
said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications, and as contained in the bid
of CRW Systems, Inc., December 8, 2006.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with CRW
Systems, Inc., for the software, authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Project Account GIS003.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
