ORDINANCE NO. 2007-2-7243
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH MUTUAL OF OMAHA FOR PROVIDING TO THE CITY STOP
LOSS INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN
FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the rates offered through
Mutual of Omaha for Stop Loss Insurance Coverage for the Group Health Insurance Plan
for the City of Paducah, Kentucky employees in an amount not to exceed $146,449.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents
relating to same with Mutual of Omaha for coverage authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
