AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
AND PADUCAH WATER WORKS FOR FUNDS AWARDED THROUGH
KENTUCKY INFRASTRUCTURE AUTHORITY FOR WATER LINE
REPLACEMENT IN THE LONE OAK AREA OF MCCRACKEN COUNTY,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Mayor to
execute an Interlocal Agreement between the City of Paducah and Paducah Water Works
for funds awarded through Kentucky Infrastructure Authority in the amount of $900,000
for water line replacement in the Lone Oak area of McCracken County, Kentucky. The
funds will be administered completely for the City by Paducah Water Works.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
