AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH UPPERTOWN HERITAGE FOUNDATION
FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute a
contract with Uppertown Heritage Foundation in the amount of $25,000.00 for
renovation of the Metropolitan Hotel. This contract shall expire June 30, 2007.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Uppertown
Heritage Foundation account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
