AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE LUTHER F. CARSON FOUR RIVERS
CENTER, INC., FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with the Luther F. Carson Four Rivers Center, Inc. in the amount of $25,000.00
for providing an extensive youth performance schedule. This contract shall expire June
30, 2007.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Luther F. Carson
Four Rivers Center, Inc. account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
