AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND THE

COUNTY OF MCCRACKEN, KENTUCKY, FOR THE SHARING OF CERTAIN
INFORMATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Interlocal
Agreement between the City of Paducah and the County of McCracken, Kentucky, for
the sharing or exchange of certain taxpayer information.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
