AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO MAKE
REIMBURSEMENT TO WESTERN BAPTIST HOSPITAL FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AREA OF WASHINGTON STREET, OTIS DINNING DRIVE,
AND NORTH 24" STREET
WHEREAS, Western Baptist Hospital has made improvements to its parking lot
located at 2320 Washington Street and the right-of-way adjacent to its parking lot and;
WHEREAS, Western Baptist Hospital has asked the City for reimbursement of
the right-of-way improvements as an economic development incentive and,
WHEREAS, the City is desirous to reimburse Western Baptist Hospital.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to make
reimbursement to Western Baptist Hospital in the amount of $21,200.00 for improvements made
to the City's right-of-way in the area of Washington Street, Otis Dinning Drive, and North 24th
Street.
SECTION 2. Funds will be expended from the MAP Account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
- ' effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
