AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ARTSREACH KENTUCKY
2007-2008 CENTER PROJECT GRANTS FROM THE KENTUCKY CENTER FOR
THE PERFORMING ARTS
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has applied for and received an
allocation of Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts funds; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah in partnership with the Paducah Housing
Authority and West Kentucky Community and Technical College has coordinated this
joint effort and agreed upon the terms and conditions of the funding Agreement with the
Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby accept the ArtsReach
Kentucky 2007-2008 Center Project Grants in the amounts of $700 and $600 to be
utilized for the ArtsReach Paducah Singers — Neighborhood After School Program. The
City does hereby agree to be bound to all applicable rules and requirements governing its
dispersal. No matching funds are required.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged through account PA 48.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
