AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE FINANCE
DIRECTOR TO MAKE PAYMENT TO MCCRACKEN COUNTY FISCAL COURT
FOR THE SOCCER FIELD RECONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, McCracken County Fiscal Court desires to reconstruct the
playing fields and improve facilities at the McCracken County Soccer Complex.
WHEREAS, the City is desirous to assist with this reconstruction and
improvement project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed
to make payment in the amount of $20,000 to McCracken County Fiscal Court for the
Soccer Field Reconstruction and Improvement Project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this expenditure shall be charged to the Parks
Services Other account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
