ORDINANCE NO. 2007-10-7346
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID FOR FENCING FOR THE
GREENWAY TRAILS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby accepts the bid of AAA Fence,
Inc., for fencing to be located along the back tract of Player's Bluegrass Downs for the Greenway
Trails in the City of Paducah, in the amount of $31,765.00, said bid being in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications, advertisement for bids, and as contained in the bid of
AAA Fence, Inc., dated October 1, 2007.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with AAA
Fence, Inc., for all materials and labor necessary for the purchase and installation of fencing,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to project account PA0065.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
