ORDINANCE NO. 2007-11-7354
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A GRANT THROUGH
FIREMAN'S FUND INSURANCE COMPANY FOR A FIREMAN'S FUND HERITAGE
GRANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary to accept a grant through Fireman's Fund Insurance Company in the
amount of $10,000.00 for the purchase of various pieces of rescue equipment.
SECTION 2 This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
