AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
HUMANA INSURANCE COMPANY AND HUMANADENTAL INSURANCE
COMPANY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an agreement between the City of Paducah and Humana Insurance Company and
HumanaDental Insurance Company for services as the City's Preferred Provider
Organization for health insurance for 2008. This agreement is effective January 1, 2008.
SECTION 2. Funding for this service will come from the City's Health
Insurance Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
