ORDINANCE NO. 2007-11-7362
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
LOAN AGREEMENT BETWEEN PADUCAH MAIN STREET AND THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an Agreement
with Paducah Main Street for a loan in the amount of $51,000 for the funding of the Main
Street's facade loan program.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to 001-0000-110-01-01
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
