AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A
LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH SEAMAN'S CHURCH INSTITUTE OF NEW YORK AND
NEW JERSEY, INC. FOR THE FOUR RIVERS MARITIME FIREFIGHTING SCHOOL

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a License Agreement
with Seaman's Church Institute of New York and New Jersey, Inc., for use of the City's fire
training grounds for the Seaman's Church Institute's Mariners Fire Training Program required by
the Four Rivers Maritime Firefighting School located in the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
