AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR OPERATION OF THE GOVERNMENT ACCESS
CHANNEL 11 AND OTHER RELATED SERVICES
C BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement between City of Paducah, Paducah Cable Authority, West Kentucky Community &
Technical College and Paducah Junior College in an amount not to exceed $70,000.00 for
operation of the Government Channel 11 and related services for the City. This Agreement will
expire June 30, 2007.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be funded through Cable budget
appropriation to WKCTC.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
