AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE MAYOR'S
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND INGRAM BARGE COMPANY FOR PAINTING OF FLOODWALL MURALS
U, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby ratifies and approves the Mayor's
execution of an Agreement between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and Ingram Barge Company
in an amount not to exceed $50,000 upon receipt of invoices submitted by Ingram for the
painting of floodwall murals starting at the wall opening behind the South Gate A of the new
Ingram offices at 900 and 1000 South Third Street and continue north two (2) panels beyond the
front of building 900.

SECTION 2. This expenditure will be funded through Ingram Flood Wall Mural
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
