AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, DEPARTMENT OF FISH
AND WILDLIFE RESOURCES FOR FUNDING ASSOCIATED WITH THE OHIO RIVER
BOAT RAMP PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement
between the City of Paducah, Kentucky and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of
Fish and Wildlife in the amount of $175,000 for funding associated with the Ohio River Boat
Ramp Project.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
