ORDINANCE NO. 2007-2-7254
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF T. W. B. ENTERPRISES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $23,500 FOR DEMOLITION OF THE STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 219
SOUTH THIRD STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid of T. W. B. Enterprises in
the amount of $23,500 for demolition of the structure at 219 South Third Street, the former Fire
Department Garage and PATS building, in the City of Paducah, said bid being in substantial
compliance with the bid specifications, and as contained in the bid of T. W. B. Enterprises of
January 12, 2007.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with T.
W. B. Enterprises for services as set out in Section 1 above, according to the specifications and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.

SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to the Fire Department Plant
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
