AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A GRANT THROUGH THE PURCHASE AREA
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION AND
DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOG PARK PROJECT AT STUART NELSON PARK
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to accept a grant in the amount of $5,237.00 through the Purchase Development District for
funding to be used for the construction and development of the Dog Park project at Stuart Nelson
Park. No local matching funds are required.
SECTION 2. These funds will be expended through project account PA00087.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
