ORDINANCE NO. 2008-1-7384
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF KENTUCKY
LEAGUE OF CITIES FOR WORKERS' COMPENSATION, LIABILITY
INSURANCE, AND PROPERTY INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE CITY OF
C1 PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR
SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City accepts the proposal of Kentucky League of Cities
in the total amount of $1,032,868.00 for Workers' Compensation, Liability Insurance,
and Property Insurance Coverage for the City of Paducah for Fiscal Year ending June 30,
2008, for the following policies:
Workers' Compensation $372,607.00
Property Insurance $113,863.00
Liability Insurance $546,398.00
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Kentucky League of Cities for services authorized in Section 1 above.

SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Insurance Fund

become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
