AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO ACCEPT A GRANT THROUGH THE
PURCHASE AREA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR
PURCHASE OF DOCUMENT IMAGING SOFTWARE AND EQUIPMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary to accept a grant in the amount of $8,242.00 through the Purchase Area
Development District for reimbursement of funds to the General Fund for the purchase of
document imaging software and equipment.
SECTION 2. These funds shall be placed in the EQ0015 account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
