AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND SURVEY
.' SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED PARK SITE ADJACENT TO SHEEHAN BRIDGE ROAD
WHEREAS, the City has a need for survey services necessary for the proposed
development of a park adjacent to Sheehan Bridge Road; and
WHEREAS, Florence & Hutcheson Inc., has in its employ persons experienced in
this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement between the City of Paducah and Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., in an amount not to
exceed $11,000.00 for professional engineering and survey services for the proposed
development of a park adjacent to Sheehan Bridge Road.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Project Account PA0071.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
