HomeMy WebLinkAbout2008-4-7409ORDINANCE NO. 2008-4-7409 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE MINI PACKER, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of Municipal Equipment, Inc., in the amount of $93,862.00, for sale to the City of one mini packer, for use by the Public Works Department, said bid being in substantial compliance with bid specifications, and as contained in the bid of Municipal Equipment, Inc., of March 13, 2008. SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Municipal Equipment, Inc., for the purchase of one mini packer, authorized in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid. account.
