ORDINANCE NO. 2008-2-7393
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MODULAR CONNECTIONS,
LLC FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PRECAST RESTROOM FACILITY FOR NOBLE PARK,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of Modular Connections, LLC,
for the purchase of a pre -cast restroom facility in the total amount of $94,599.00 for Noble Park,
said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications, advertisement for bids, and
as contained in the bid of Modular Connections, LLC, dated February 11, 2008.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Modular
Connections, LLC, for the purchase of a pre -cast restroom facility for Noble Park, according to
the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved.

SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Noble Park Restrooms PA
SECTION 4. Pursuant to KRS 83A.060, the City Commission suspends the
requirement of a second reading of this Ordinance. An emergency is hereby declared to exist due
to accommodating the needs of a great number of users of Noble Park and this ordinance shall
become effective immediately with one reading.
