AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH BARKLEY REGIONAL AIRPORT FOR
CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Barkley Regional Airport in the amount of $19,0000 for six months,
totaling $114,000, to provide general aviation and air carrier services to the citizens of
McCracken County. This contract shall expire June 30, 2008.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged from Barkley Operating
Subsidy account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
