AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
QUITCLAIM DEED AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5101 HINKLEVILLE ROAD FOR THE OLIVET CHURCH
C� ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Quitclaim Deed and
all documents relating to same, with Sears, Roebuck and Company, for acquisition of real
property located at 5101 Hinkleville Road as right of way for the Olivet Church Road
Improvement Project, for and in consideration of $120,000.00.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be processed through Project #ST0027.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
