AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AMENDMENT #5 TO THE
FREQUENCY RECONFIGURATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH AND NEXTEL SOUTH CORPORATION, FOR RE -BANDING OF THE
800 MHZ PUBLIC SAFETY RADIO SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah approves Amendment #5 to the
Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement between the City of Paducah and Nextel South
Corporation, for re -banding of the 800 MHz public safety radio system. This amendment
deletes Schedule C approved by Ordinance No. 2011-11-7876 and creates a new
Schedule C to accurately reflect the Reconfiguration Costs.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the
Amendment #5 approved in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication
