The Board of Commissioners held a Retreat at 8:00 a.m.,
Saturday, March 23, in the Tennessee Room at the -Executive Inn.
In attendance were Mayor Montgomery, Commissioner Grumley,
Commissioner Hornsby and Commissioner Taylor (4). Commissioner
Coleman was absent (1).
The 1991-92 Budget was discussed,with_the City Manager.
The City Clerk did not attend this Retreat.
