ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, March 19, 1991, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll, the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, and Mayor Mont-
gomery (4). Commissioner Taylor was late (1).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice
of Called Meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March
19, 1991, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby and
Mayor Montgomery (4).
MUNICIPAL ORDERS
CHILD CARE CENTER PROPOSAL
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Hornsby, that a Municipal Order entitled, "A
MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF A PROPOSAL FOR
SITE SELECTION OF A CHILD CARE CENTER BY THE COMMONWEALTH OF
KENTUCKY, AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF LAND AND TRANSFER
( OF SAID LAND TO THE PADUCAH DAY NURSERY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME", be
adopted. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
WORKSHOP
The Board held a Workshop.
Mr. Richardson and Mr. Jones, representatives of
the Mothers' Club discussed the Day Care Center with the
Board of Commissioners.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the Board of Commissioners go
"y into Executive Session for discussions which might lead to
the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual
employee, and to discuss litigation. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery (5).

At the conclusion of the Executive Session the
Board reconvened in open session, whereupon the Mayor
announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
