At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, February 5, 1991, Mayor Montgomery presided, and
upon call of the roll, the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and
Mayor Montgomery (5).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Hornsby, that the Board of Commissioners go
into Executive Session for discussions which might lead to
the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual
employee, and to discuss litigation. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the
Board reconvened in open session, whereupon the Mayor called
the meeting back in session.

NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice
of Called Meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February
5, 1991, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery (5).
MUNICIPAL ORDER
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Coleman, that a Municipal Order entitled, "A
MUNICIPAL ORDERAUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE DOCUMETNS IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, TO OBTAIN AND ADMINISTER FEDERAL FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE UNDER THE DISASTER RELIEF ACT OF 1974", be
adopted. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
