At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 3:30 p.m.,
Monday, January 21, 1991, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Mont-
gomery (5).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice
of Called Meeting to be held at 3:30 p.m., Monday, January 21,
1991 be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and
Mayor Montgomery (5).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Hornsby, that the Board of Commissioners go into
Executive Session for discussions which might lead to the &
appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual
employee. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board
reconvened in open session, whereupon the Mayor announced
there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
