ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, July 30, 1991, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby Taylor and Mayor
Montgomery (4). Commissioner Coleman was absent (1).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of
Called Meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 30, 1991,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Taylor, that the Board of Commissioners go into
\\r Executive Session for the purpose of considering matters
pertaining to collective bargaining negotiations between the
City of Paducah and Fire Fighters Local 168. Adopted on call
of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby Taylor and
Mayor Montgomery (4). � 1

At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board
reconvened in open session, whereupon the Mayor called the
meeting back to order.
MUNICIPAL ORDER
Mayor Montgomery read a DRAFT of a Municipal Order
entitled, "A MUNICIPAL ORDER PERTAINING TO CITY BUILDING
PERMITS". This Municipal Order was read in full and discussion
was held on contents of same. Formal action will be taken at a
later date.
WORKSHOP (ORFA' lP094M)
The Board of Director of the Electric Plant Board
reported to the Board of Commissioners. Robert Wagner,
Chairman of the Electric Plant Board, introduced Board members.
All Board members were present except City Manager Jim y�
Pennington. Chairman Wagner then introduced Olin Bryant,
General Manager of Paducah Power System. Mr. Bryant replied to
a list of questions which had previously been submitted to him
from the Board of Commissioners, as well as impromptu questions
by the Commission.
Mayor Montgomery handed out a Tentative Highway
Priorities Listing and an accompanying map prepared by Rod
Dittmer. This list consisted of proposed street and/or highway
projects. The Board re -prioritized this list.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
