ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 1:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, June 10, 1992, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby and Mayor
Montgomery (4). Commissioners Taylor arrived late (1)
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of
Called Meeting to be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 10,
1992, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby and Mayor
Montgomery (4).
WORKSHOPS
The Board held a Budget Workshop until 2:00 p.m.
At 2:00 p.m. there was a joint meeting with McCracken
Fiscal Court to discuss ambulance service.

After the ambulance service workshop ended, the
Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce presented their strategic plan
(identification of critical community development issues).
The Board reconvened at 6:30 p.m. to continue the
Budget Workshop.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.

Mayor
The Board of Commissioners held a Budget Workshop at 8:30 a.m.,
Monday, June 15, 1992. Those in attendance were: Commissioners Grumley,
Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4). Commissioner Feezor was absent
