At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m.,
Thursday, May 28, 1992, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Grumley, Taylor and Mayor Mont-
gomery (3). Commissioners Feezor and Hornsby were absent (2)
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Taylor, that the executed copies of the Notice of
Called Meeting to,be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 1992,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Grumley, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (3).
APPOINTMENTS
Mayor Montgomery made.the following appointment:
"WHEREAS, subject to the approval of the Board of
Commissioners, I hereby appoint Mary Hoy as a member of the
Board of Assessment Appeals for a term beginning June 1, 1992,
which term will expire June 1, 1995".
Commissioner Taylor offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the Board of Commissioners approve
the action of Mayor Montgomery in appointing Mary Hoy as a
member of the Board of Assessment Appeals. Adopted on call of
the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley, Taylor and Mayor
Montgomery (3).
WORKSHOP
The Board held a Workshop with the Planning & Zoning ✓
Commission.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
