NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING Commissioner Feezor offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, 1992, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5). CEMETERY LOTS Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Feezor, that the Board of Commissioners approve the sale of the following cemetery lot(s) and that the City Clerk be authorized to execute a Deed of Conveyance for said cemetery grave(s): 1. This ordinance is summarized as follows: Annexing territory into the City of Paducah located between U.S. Highway 60 and the Paducah Information Age Park, and adjacent to the present city limits. CONDEMN PROPERTY FOR EASEMENT FOR LIFT STATION Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, that the Board of Commissioners adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE NEED FOR ACQUIRING A PERMANENT ACCESS ROAD EASEMENT ACROSS THE PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY BELONGING TO IRIS COLLEEN (CAIN) BRELIN; JESSE KENNETH SPEARS AND GENIE SPEARS; GEORGIA EILEEN DUNCAN AND ROY DUNCAN; AND DAVID R. SPEARS AND SHIRLEY M. SPEARS TO BE USED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO SERVE, REPAIR AND MAINTAIN A LIFT STATION, AND AUTHORIZING CONDEMNATION OF SAME". EXECUTIVE SESSION Commissioner Taylor offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might lead to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee, to discuss collective bargaining negotiations, and to discuss litigation. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5). The City Clerk did not attend Executive Session. At the conclusion of the Executive Session Board reconvened in Open Session, whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business. Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
