ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 3:00 p.m.,
Friday, April 10, 1992, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Feezor, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
Commissioner Grumley was absent (1).

NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Feezor offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Hornsby, that the executed copies of the Notice of
Called Meeting to be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, 1992,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Feezor, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Feezor, that the Board of Commissioners go into
Executive Session to discuss labor negotiations. Adopted on
call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Feezor, Hornsby, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery (4).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session Board
reconvened in Open Session, whereupon the Mayor announced there
was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
