ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 7:30 p.m.,
Tuesday, April 7, 1992, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Mont-
gomery (5).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Feezor offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice of
Called Meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 6, 1992,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor
Montgomery (5).

DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT LANDSCAPING PHASE III
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Feezor, that the following bids be received and
filed:
1. For Downtown Redevelopment Landscaping -Phase III
a) Wahl's Excavating & Underground Inc.
b) James Sanders Nursery Inc.
J c) Hoffman's Inc.
d) Rolling Hills Nursery
e) K & K Nursery & Landscaping P 6 id -ri le
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Feezo ,
Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
MUNICIPAL ORDER
HOPE -3 (REAL PROPERTY OPTION AGREEMENTS)
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Taylor, that a Municipal Order entitled, "A
J MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE OPTION
AGREEMENTS IN REGARD TO REAL PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR HOPE 3", be
adopted. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
ORDINANCE - EMERGENCY
DOWNTOWN LANDSCAPING -PHASE III
Commissioner Taylor offered motion, seconded by
/ Commissioner Hornsby, that the Board of Commissioners introduce
✓ and adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE
BID OF K & K NURSERY AND LANDSCAPING IN THE AMOUNT OF
$29,905.45 FOR DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT LANDSCAPING -PHASE III,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME." The
foregoing title summarizes the contents of this ordinance.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Feezor,
Hornsby, Grumley, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
ORDINANCE - ADOPTION
ANIMAL DRAWN VEHICLE ORDINANCE
Commissioner Feezor offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Taylor, that the Board of Commissioners adopt an
ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING POLICY FOR THE
OPERATION OF ANIMAL DRAWN VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY." The foregoing title summarizes the contents of this
ordinance. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner, Feezor, that the Board of Commissioners go into
Executive Session for discussions which might lead to the
appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee,
to discuss litigation, and to discuss collective bargaining
negotiations. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Feezor, Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
WORKSHOP
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board
reconvened in open session and held a Workshop.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
