ROLL CALL
At Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commission Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday,
December 1, 1992, Mayor Protem Feezor presided, and upon call
of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to their
names: Mayor Protem Feezor, Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby,
and Taylor (4). Mayor Montgomery was absent (1).
MINUTES
Mayor Protem Feezor offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Hornsby, that the reading of the minutes for November 24,
1992, be waived that the minutes of said meetings prepared by
the City Clerk be approved as written. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Mayor Protem Feezor, Commissioners Grumley,
Hornsby, and Taylor (4).

Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Hornsby, that the following documents be received and filed:
1. Preapplication for Land and Water Conservation Fund Grant
o for Bob Noble Park Community Playground
v 2. Annual Report of Public Libraries Application for State
Support
3. Agreement between the City and J. Patrick Kerr,
Architect AIA, for architectural services for the Senior
Citizens Center
4. Agreement between the City and J. Patrick Kerr, Architect
AIA, for architectural services forte ns

v 5. Paducah Water Works General Ledger Balance Sheet for
Period Ending October 31, 1992.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Mayor Protem Feezor,
Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby, and Taylor (4).
ORDINANCE - INTRODUCTION
ACCEPT BID FOR RE -ROOFING & AIR CONDITIONING AT CITY HALL
ANNEX
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Taylor, that the Board of Commissioners introduce an ordinance
entitled, "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF BUFORD HEATING
AND AIR CONDITIONING INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,342.00 FOR
RE -ROOFING AND AIR CONDITIONER PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION AT CITY
HALL ANNEX, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR
SAME". The foregoing summary summarizes the contents of this
ordinance.
ORDINANCE - ADOPTION
V MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR PUBLIC _
ASSEMBLY FACILITY - ($35,000)
Commissioner Taylor offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Hornsby, that the Board of Commissioners adopt an ordinance
entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,000.00 WITH KENTUCKY
DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A PUBLIC
ASSEMBLY FACILITY TO BE LOCATED IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH". The
foregoing title summarizes the contents of this ordinance.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Mayor Protem Feezor,
Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby and Taylor (4).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
