ROLL CALL
A Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held in the
Police Department Assembly Room at City Hall at 9:00 a.m.,
Friday, November 20, 1992. The following Commission members
were present: Mayor Montgomery, Commissionerreak s

Grumley, Hornsby and Taylor. (5).
after lunch and the meeting reconvened in the City Hall
Commissioner Chambers at approximately 1:00 p.m.
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
A formal motion was not made to receive and file the Notices of
Called meeting; however these notices are made a part of the
official City Commission Minute file.
AGENDA
The agenda for this meeting was discussion concerning the River
Heritage Center Institutional Concept and Capital/Operational
Plan. A copy of this agenda is made a part of the official
City Commission Minute file.
Mr. Verner Johnson, President of Verner Johnson & Associates,
conducted the meeting. He was assisted by Ms. Joanne Horgan a
member of his staff.
Mr. Ron Coles of Ron Coles & Associates, Architects, was also
present.
The City Clerk left the meeting at 9:45 a.m.
