ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 10:00 a.m.,
Monday, April 29, 1991, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered
to their names: Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and
Mayor Montgomery (4).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice
of Called Meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April
29, 1991, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor
Montgomery (4).
R & F & APPROVE DEED
�f Commissioner Taylor offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Grumley, that the City of Paducah Receive and
File and Approve a deed between Smith Development, Inc. and
the City of Paducah for property located at Second and
Broadway. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners
Grumley, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Hornsby, that the Board of Commissioners go
into Executive Session to discuss possible land acquisition.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley,
Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board
reconvened in open session, whereupon that Mayor announced
there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
