ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held in the Commission Chambers at City Hall at 2:00 p.m.,
Thursday, October 6, 1993, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Feezor, Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
Commissioner Grumley arrived late (1).
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Hornsby offered motion, seconded by
Commissioner Taylor that the executed copies of the Notice of
Time Change for City Commission Workshop to be held from 1:00
to 4:00 p.m., October 6, 1993, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Feezor,
Hornsby, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
WORKSHOP
This workshop was held for a discussion of the Combined Sewer
Overflow. Roger Colburn, Director of Environmental and
Engineering Services, submitted an Executive Summary of this
study to the Board.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
