Commissioner Feezor offered motion, seconded by Commissioner

Grumley, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called
Meeting to be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, September 15, 1993,
be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Feezor, Grumley, and Mayor Montgomery (3).
MUNICIPAL ORDER
ACCEPT BID OF J.J.B. HILLIARD, W.L. LYONS SEWER SYSTEM
REFUNDING REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1993
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Feezor, that a Municipal Order entitled, "AN ORDER OF THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, ACCEPTING THE
SUCCESSFUL BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, SEWER SYSTEM REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 193, DATED
SEPTEMBER 1, 1993, be adopted. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Feezor, Grumley and Mayor Montgomery (3).

George Sullivan and Greg Phillips of J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L.
Lyons, explained the savings on interest on their bid, which
will be in excess of $150,000.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
