AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH PADUt_'. UI AREA TRANSIT SYSTEM FOR PUBLIC
TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Paducah Area Transit Syste:rn in the amount of $215,000.00, to be paid in equal quarterly
allocations of $53,750.00, for public transportation services for the Paducah/McCracken
County area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2017.

SECTION 2,. This expenditure shall be charged to account no. 001-0106-
SECTION 3. :this ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summay publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
