AN ORDINA 1^ ICE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT WITH PADtICAH JUNIOR COLLEGE, INC. FOR THE TWO
LOCATIONS OF THE PAD? -)CAH SCHOOL OF ART
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract
with Paducah Junior College:, Inc. in the amount of $75,000, to be paid in equal quarterly
allocations of $18,750. The funds will be used for operational expenses which shall
include but not be limited to utilities, repairs and other operating expenses for the two
locations of the Paducah Scl-cool of Art located at 905 Harrison Street and 919 Madison
Street. This contract shall expire June 30, 2017.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Investment Fund,
account number 004-9999-699-9040.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
