AN ORD1NA._NCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 10 CUBIC YARD
TOM CAT SATELLITE SIDE LOADER MOUNTED ON A 2017 FORD F550 CHASSIS FOR
USE BY THE ENGINEERING -PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT/SOLID WASTE
` DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
�- WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State Contract No. MA 758
1600000557-1 and #758 1100000911-19, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDA. idiED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is authorized to pay the total sum of
$100,014.71 to Municipal Equipment, Inc., for the purchase of a 10 Cubic Yard Tom Cat
Satellite Side Loader mounted on a 2017 Ford F550 Chassis for use by the Engineering -Public
Works Department/ Solid Waste Division, in compliance with Kentucky State Purchasing
Contract.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Municipal Equipment, Inc., for the purchase of a 10 Cubic Yard Tom Cat Satellite Side Loader
mounted on a 2017 Ford F550 Chassis, authorized in Section 1 above.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to Rolling Stock/Vehicles-
Heavy, account number 050-2209-531-4007.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
