ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at 4:30
p.m., Thursday, June 13, 1996, in the City Hall Commission
Chambers, Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of the roll by the
City Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commis-
sioners Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Jones (4).
Commissioner Coleman was absent (1).
NOTICES OF CALLED MEETING
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Hornsby, that the copies of Notice of Called Meeting of the
Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah for 4:30 p.m.,
Thursday, June 13, 1996, be received and filed. Adopted on call
of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and
Mayor Jones (4).
ORDINANCE - EMERGENCY
APPROVE CONTRACT WITH WAREHOUSE INC. FOR ROADWAY AT KENTUCKY
OAKS MALL
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Hornsby, that the Board of Commissioners introduce and adopt an
ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH WAREHOUSE, INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A ROADWAY FROM U.S. HIGHWAY 60 TO THE SOUTHEAST
SECTION OF PROPERTY LYING NORTHWEST OF KENTUCKY OAKS MALL". The
foregoing title summarizes the contents of this ordinance.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley,
