ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at 2:00
p.m., Tuesday, April 2, 1996, in the City Hall Commission
Chambers, Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of the roll by the
City Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commis-
sioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Jones (5).
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Grumley, that the Notices of Called Meeting for 2:00 p.m., April
2, 1996, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor
The Agenda consisted of the following items:

1. Review of the Code of Ordinances recodification
2. Firefighter personnel hiring procedures
3. Review of take-home Police car procedures
4. Review of City/County Clean-up Day
5. Senior Citizens sublease of Parks facility
6. Review of Personnel Policy & Procedures Handbook
7. Discussion of turf mower for southside golf course & mowing
of Jetton Field
8. Other departmental briefing items as may be requested by
Commission members
9. Personnel matters
Item Numbers 1 through 4 were discussed, at which time the Mayor
concluded the meeting in open session.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Coleman, that the Board go into closed session for discussion of
matters pertaining to the following topic:
1. Future sale or acquisition of a specific parcel of real
estate, as permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(b)
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,
Grumley, Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Jones (5).
At the conclusion of the executive session the Board reconvened
in open session, whereupon the Mayor announced there was no
further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
