ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers at City
Hall at 3:00 p.m., Friday, March 22, 1996, Mayor Jones presided, and upon call of the roll by the
Assistant City Clerk, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley,
Hornsby, Renfro and Mayor Jones (5).
The following items were discussed:
1. Status of City Computerization
2. Other items of information for briefing by various departments, if time permits.
Upon motion the meeting was adjourned.
