ROLL CALL
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at
10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 1995, Mayor Montgomery
presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Grumley,
Hornsby and Mayor Montgomery (3). Commissioners Coleman and
Renfro were absent (2).
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Hornsby, that the Notices of Called Meeting for 10:00 a.m.,
Thursday, April 20, 1995, be received and filed. Adopted on
call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley, Hornsby and
Mayor Montgomery (3).

The Board held a Workshop. The following topic was on the
discussed:
A. Ordinance Recodification
Attorney Tom Keuler discussed ordinance recodification with the
Board of Commissioners and the City Manager.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
