AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 2012 FORD F 150
TRUCK FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S ENGINEERING -PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT, MAINTENANCE DIVISION, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE KENTUCKY
STATE PURCHASING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, this vehicle is available under State Contract No. MA 758-
1000000459-1, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is authorized to pay the total sum of
$23,186.40 to Paul Miller Ford, Inc. for the purchase of a 2012 Ford F150 Truck for the City of
Paducah's Engineering -Public Works Department, Maintenance Division, in compliance with
the Kentucky State Purchasing Contract.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Rolling Stock/Vehicles — Fleet
Lease Trust Fund account.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on'two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
